The practice was sold to Dr. Doris Wong in 2016, four years ago. Drs. Beverly and Erik Smith stayed on these past few years as independent contractors to ensure a smooth transition, and now with a new assembly bill severely limiting independent contractors, they will no longer be seeing patients. Dr. Wong and her team are happy to carry on the legacy Drs. Beverly and Erik Smith started 30 years ago, to provide personalized eye care through comprehensive eye examinations in order to accurately diagnose, treat, and manage your vision and visual health needs.
