Meet Jasmine, the driving force behind the efficient operations at San Ramon Family Optometry. As our Office Manager, Jasmine ensures a smooth workflow, creating an environment where excellence and patient satisfaction thrive. Her expertise sets the tone for a well-coordinated and patient-centric experience.

In the Clinic Department, our caring professionals go beyond routine check-ups. Caitlyn is our Lead Clinical Assistant and a well-loved member of our San Ramon Family Optometry team. Caitlyn’s passion for helping patients discover more about their eye health through screenings, Optomap procedures and topography scans is clearly seen through how she interacts with our patients. Caitlyn always puts a friendly face forward and enjoys meeting new patients and helping them feel at ease no matter what they’ve come in for.  

When Caitlyn isn’t hard at work as our Lead Clinical Assistant she can be found reading and writing and hanging out with her favorite fur babies, Sandy and Rosie.

Karla is another one of our core members, she is a Clinic Tech and loves being able to see the difference she makes in our community by supporting our eye doctors as they help our patients improve their eyesight and overall quality of life.  

Karla gives back to our San Ramon community through volunteer work and sharing Biblical teachings. Another proud pet parent, Karla can often be found snuggling up with her own fur baby as well as camping and soaking up quality time with her loved ones.  

Michelle is a Clinical Assistant who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives through eye care. She finds fulfillment in helping patients improve their vision, knowing that even small improvements can have a meaningful impact on their daily lives.

What Michelle loves most about working at the practice is the supportive and friendly environment. Being part of a team that genuinely cares about patient well-being makes her role all the more rewarding.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys all things arts and crafts, exploring hiking trails, and discovering new places to eat — always on the lookout for her next creative project or food adventure.

Ali is an Optician at San Ramon Family Optometry and an undeniable pillar of our team. Ali says her favorite part of her job is seeing kids’ eyes light up when they put on a pair of glasses for the first time and witnessing them see a whole new world. She loves being able to help people see their best while also looking their best.  

Her love for our practice is palpable and unmissable as she echos the pride we have in our work and the shared goal of delivering exceptional eyecare and education to all our patients.  

On her days off Ali can be found spending time with her husband and their little baby boy, travelling, cooking and arranging playdates for her and her friends’ little ones.  

Beth is one of our Opticians at San Ramon Family Optometry and a cornerstone of our team. She loves being able to provide our patients with clear vision as well as being able to establish long-term relationships with her co-workers and patients.  

Beth gives back to our San Ramon community by making food baskets during the holidays for low-income families.  

She is also a mother of 24-year-old twins and enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing and gardening.

Donna is an Optical Assistant at our practice and revels in her job of helping our team members achieve the goal of helping patients reach their ideal vision goals.  

Donna loves trying new cuisine and finding foods that bakeries, food trucks or restaurants specialize in. She also loves exploring hidden gems in our area. 

Sherine (or Sherry as we know her) is an ABO Certified Optician at San Ramon Family Optometry. She echoes her passion for eyecare and loves how people in the eyecare industry can help improve people’s lives and wellbeing.  

She loves the environment we have created at our clinic as we provide ample opportunities for growth for all our team members along with fun team-building activities.  

Sherry is an active member of our community and does incredible work for unhoused people by providing access to resources for those living in shelters. She's a mother of two sons (both of whom are studying Computer Science).

Ariel is a Licensed Optician who brings both skill and compassion to his role at the practice. He is passionate about eye care because it allows him to connect with patients on a personal level—understanding their concerns and helping them find the best vision solutions for their individual needs.

Ariel thrives in the supportive, growth-oriented environment of the practice, where ongoing learning and collaboration enable her to continually improve the care he provides. His dedication to both professional development and patient experience makes him a valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Ariel enjoys spending his free time drawing, a creative outlet that reflects his attention to detail and love for visual expression.

Our team will go the extra mile to accommodate your busy schedule, find suitable appointments, and assist in understanding your insurance coverage. They're here to make your experience seamless and stress-free.

Margaret is our Lead Patient Co-Ordinator who loves the role she plays in helping patients understand the importance of eye health. As a Patient Co-Ordinator she helps co-ordinate a patient’s treatment plan and educates them about any conditions they may have and how to navigate their eye health journey.  

When Margaret isn’t working, she can be found hanging out with her two fur babies and experimenting in the kitchen.  

Brandi is deeply committed to building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting their long-term eye health. She finds fulfillment in helping individuals understand their insurance, navigate treatment options, and feel confident in their care. Brandi also values the collaborative atmosphere of the practice, where every team member — from the front desk to the doctors — works together to ensure patients receive the best care possible.

Outside of work, Brandi enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved dog.  In her free time, Brandi loves exploring local trails, discovering new coffee shops, reading, trying out new Pilates classes, and occasionally indulging in a good TV binge.

Abigail is one of our Patient Co-Ordinators with an undeniable passion for eyecare as she loves the role she plays in helping our patients achieve improved vision and giving them the clarity they need to understand why we recommend certain treatments and procedures.  

Abigail is a steadfast member of her Apostolic Church and often gives the kids that attend Bible lessons. Abigail has a curious mind and is always looking to learn new things about her interests.  

She is a little bit of a foodie and enjoys trying new food and finding new restaurants as well as going to museums and visiting the aquarium.  

Lori is our Customer Service Representative and an undeniable pillar of our practice.  

She loves the fact that she gets to make a difference in patients’ lives by being a part of the team that radically transforms their eye health and overall quality of life.  

She helps make our jobs easier and helps our patients find the most convenient time and day for their eye exams, procedures and treatments. 

Natalie is another one of our Patient Co-Ordinators and a well-valued member of our team. Natalie’s passion for eyecare stems from her own life as someone who’s been wearing glasses since she was 13, she has truly seen the drastic difference that good eyecare can make.  

Natalie loves playing Bingo with her partner and hanging out with her nieces when she’s not at work.
